Premier Portable Buildings Information
Warranties
Premier provides a 5 year warranty on workmanship. Louisiana Pacific has a 50 Year warranty on siding, 10 year on flooring. The steel roof has a 30 year warranty.
Delivery
Delivery is within 2-3 weeks for off the lot inventory. 4-6 weeks for Custom Orders. Delivery is totally up to you! If your yard is wet, or you're not ready, we will hold your building until you are ready.
Permits
Building permits may be required for your building. Check with your local zoning or permitting office for specifics.
Movement Into Your Yard

Rent To Own
Iowa only allows Rent To Own (RTO) contracts of 36 or 48 months in length. Each RTO purchase requires a security deposit, or down payment, and then monthly payments for the term selected. Early payoff is possible and encouraged. Each payment pays the rent (approx 40%) and a portion to the balance owed on the building (approx 60%).
Financing
Premier does not offer a financing plan. However, some customers will obtain a credit card with no interest for an initial period and then payoff the building during the no interest period.
