Frequently Asked Questions

Sales of sheds, cabins, and garages by Premier Portable Buildings are normally delivered within 4-6 weeks. This can extend out as sales volume changes. BUT, remember delivery is totally up to you. If the weather has your yard wet and soft you may want to wait for delivery and that's OK. We will hold your building until you are ready.  

Greenhouses are around 3-4 weeks.

First is determine if a permit for your sheds, cabins, and garages by premier is required for location. Second is prepare the site by clearing a path for the driver to deliver. Verify height and width of path. Third is prepare the location of the building by leveling the pad where the building will sit. For Premier Buildings we can shim the building so you don't need to do as much preparation.  If in doubt, give us a call at 319-423-0288 to discuss.
