You can visit the Premier Portable Building website and design your own, experiment with colors and options. When done, email your design to yourself and tell Premier you are working with Kerkmans so we get a copy to work with.

Utility Buildings

Utility Buildings are available in sizes from 8x12 up to 16x40. Height is around 10'9" to the peak.

Utility - UUTX

Standard Features: Low Pitched Gable Roof, 92" interior wall height, 70" door opening & Double Wooden doors, Door lock and keys, High end durable hinges, Spring latch hooks top and bottom of left door ensures security.

Side Utility - SUTX

Standard Features: Low Pitched Gable Roof, 92" interior wall height, Two 2'x3' windows, 70" door opening & Double Wooden doors, Door lock and keys, High end durable hinges, Spring latch hooks top and bottom of left door ensures security.

Cottage or Garden Shed - PCS or PGS

Standard Features: 75'" rear wall & 89" front wall. 70" door opening with double wooden doors. One 2'x3' window. Door lock & keys, High end hinges, Spring latch hooks top and bottom of left door ensures security. NOT available in metal.

Lofted Barns

Lofted Barns are available in sizes from 8x12 up to 16x40. Height is around 11'9" to the peak. Loft is required in 50% of the building.

Lofted Barn - LB

Standard Features: 6'6" under loft height, Two reinforced lofts located on opposite ends of interior, 70" door opening & Double Wooden doors, Door lock and keys, High end durable hinges, Spring latch hooks top and bottom of left door ensures security.

Side Lofted Barn - SLB

Standard Features: 6'6" under loft height, Two reinforced lofts located on opposite ends of interior, two 2'x3' windows, 70" door opening & Double Wooden doors, Door lock and keys, High end durable hinges, Spring latch hooks top and bottom of left door ensures security.

Cabins

Cabins are available in Lofted or Unlofted, sizes from 8x16 up to 16x40. Unlofted height is around 10'9" to the peak. Lofted height is around 11'9".

Cabin - UC

Standard Features: 6' deep porch with increased porch height, low pitched gable roof, 92" interior wall height, three 2'x3' windows with latches and screens, a 9-Lite 36"x78" door with lock and keys.

Center Cabin - CC

Standard Features: The Center Cabin includes 8' wide porch with increased porch height, low pitched gable roof, 92" interior wall height, three 2'x3' windows with latches and screens, a 9-Lite 36"x78" door with lock and keys.

Lofted Barn Cabin - LBC

Standard Features: 6' deep porch with increased porch height, three 2'x3' windows with latches and screens, a 9-Lite 36"x78" door with lock and keys. 6'6" under rear loft height,

All Garages have floor joists every 12" and a 3/4" tongue and groove floor. 9' roll up door, 36" 4-Lite out swinging door, and two 3'x3' windows.

Standard Features: 92" interior wall height, floor joists every 12" and a 3/4" tongue and groove floor. 9'x7' roll up door, 36" 4-Lite out swinging door, and two 3'x3' windows.

Lofted Garage - LG

Standard Features: 6'6" interior height, 4' of loft at each end, floor joists every 12" and a 3/4" tongue and groove floor. 9' x 7' roll up door, 36" 4-Lite out swinging door, and two 3'x3' windows.
